What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Texas

What are possible penalties for violation of Mediation Agreement? What would have to be done to pursue penalty?

Wow...How vague.

Okay...Lets see...A MA is a court ORDER and "violations" of said ORDER will/could result in anything from a "slap on the wrist" to a jail sentence, depending on the scale of the violation. In order to pursue? One only has to violate the order and the other party can/should pursue a motion to show cause for contempt.

But that is ONLY if the Agreement has been made an order by the Court. If it is just an agreement -- not yet court ordered -- then there might be something to be done due to a breach of the contract if it qualifies as a contract.
