Just an FYI...

Perjury is a crime that must be prosecuted by the DA in order to go anywhere.

I have yet to see a DA, anywhere, being willing to prosecute someone for lying in a divorce or child custody case.

I have seen people try to push through a perjury case in very extreme circumstances (family law) without being able to convince a DA to even consider the case.
