My husband filed for divorce. I received the Petitioner's notice to produce and first request for production of documents to Respondent. It does not give a timeframe to answer these and send documents. I received the First Interrogatories to Respondent the same day in the mail certified with a 30 day time frame. Are both required at the same time? The Notice to produce starts off saying I need to produce at any hearing and/or trials. So that confuses me. Can I get an extension to answer these interrogatories and produce documents? How do I go about that? I am representing myself and my husband has an attorney. He served me with this information a couple weeks before Christmas and it's proving to be harder to get the information around this time.
