What is the name of your state? PA.

I wrote earlier last week that I had to go to court for a Protection From Abuse order. She decided not to show up because I didn't hit her as she stated in the order. I've decided to not visit the home without police escort again if at all until the divorce is final.

Being that she's seeing someone in the home at this time, can I use this in the divorce proceedings? Can I get the locks changed back on my home and move back in? If she had her "friend" co-sign for a vehicle, she changed the locks, made a false statement on a PFA, can this info be used at the divorce proceeding or filing?

I'm not out to get her, just want the truth to be evident and I don't want to get railroaded. How do I file a wrongful eviction complaint? Thanks.........Bill

What way do you have in mind??? why would you really want to, having a divorce and getting on with your life seems more important then hanging on to your past.

Well there is no Protection order in place, so you can go back, but you cannot go back and kick her out. Although I would suggest not going back, instead prepare to sell the house and get a divorce.

Are you trying to make this into a big drame situation, or do you want to get on with your life, that is the question???
