What is the name of your state? OR
Is it required that if I get divorced, that I have two phones where my ex can get a hold of me in case there is an emergency with our child? He is trying to tell me that a cell phone is not sufficient enough and that I need to also have a home phone where I can be reached. Does this make sense? Is this true? Wouldn't a cell phone be the best way to get a hold of someone in any situation?? Please help!! Thank you!!
