Please help

What is the name of your state? MD

If the sheriff comes to serve you divorce papers and you deny that you are the person, say the person doesnt live there and the sheriff leaves?

Because this is a sentence fragment, typing the "What if I do ....." but not adding the "....would I then be....." part. So we have no clue what the question is actually intended to be. Methinks it has to do with lying to the process server. LIke THAT will keep you from getting divorced!
