I POSTED THIS ORIGINALLY;
I was wed in vegas 5 months ago, but need an annullment cause we are not together anymore,
I'm an Oklahoma resident but under Oklahoma law I was not able to marry cause my divorce
from previous had not been 6 months yet. Please help . Do I annull in vegas or oklahoma?
What should I do for quickest results.

SINCE THEN: It's January 28th and he has passed away. PLEASE OFFER ME LEGAL ASSISTANCE.

Who has passed away? your spouse? Seems you don't need an anullment now.
