i live in mo,my soon to be x got a restraining order on me to keep me from the property that I own,she is on mortgage but I am main mortgager,is it possible to gain possession of this property
because of this restraining order to keep me away.that is my castle to be forced to leave really hurt,i want to stay away from her anyway,i just want to be back home in my house,the divorce
is pending but what gives a woman the right to get a order when nothing happened ,she is really wicked all I want is my property
back until divorce,is there anybody can help me get her out of there for me,I need to know what i can do ,thank you
