I am living in Illinois. I have a short marriage about one year and separeted from my current wife for about two years. We both have job. Now there is a good chance for me to buy a house. If I pay everything by myself and don't take any advantage on her. Does she have any right on the house? Oh, we have pre-marriage contract stating share on house depends on ratio of contribution if both agree to buy.
