please, please help

my husband and i are separating. we live in tn. this is our 2nd marriage too each other. our house was bought after 1st marriage and before 2nd. it is in his name only,although we were together when it was purchased. we've never been apart for more than 2 weeks in 7 years.do i have any rights to the house and also we have 3 vehicles, 1 was mine, another was his, the 3rd was purchased while married. we had bought me a car and both our names were on the title. he got mad and traded it without my knowledge and now the vehicle that was traded for is in his name only. my old car is without a transmission at the moment. do i have any rights to the new vehicle. i want to leave while he is at work, but i'm afraid i'll get into trouble if i take the new vehicle. also he bought me a diamond for christmas and jerked it off my finger and will not let me have it back. this ring was appraised at $10,000. i am currently laid off from work and that money would help me get an apartment. do i have a leg to stand on in any of these cases? thanks for any advice
