What is the name of your state? Arkansas

More than a year after divorce was finalized discovered that house and property that received in divorce settlement was split into two lots. The split was finalized 2 days after the divorce was finalized.(Have a pretty good paper trail detailing events and when things were signed etc) Reason this was discovered was because ex made some smart comments to children about it so we(remarried) looked into it and found it. Question: Is there anything that can be done? Is there a statute of limitation on this kind of ?fraud?(spoke with one person, not a lawyer, who said it sounded like intrinsic fraud?) Also noticed that the land description which was supplied(mailed 3 weeks later) shows the house facing the wrong direction on the lot. Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated..
