post divorce/property division

What is the name of your state? MA.
I'm going to court on Monday for divorce. The soon to be ex and I have divided the property. One of the many things that she is getting an income producing property that has bank loan on and is in my name only. As per the signed separation agreement she has 30 days from the divorce date to secure financing for the amount owed on it and take ownership. If she fails to secure financing within the time limits for whatever reason does she forfiet the asset? If so do I need to do anything?

FIle a show cause for contempt and specific performance of the contract.

Please tell me your not being stupid enough to do this WITHOUT a lawyer? If you are then you are a fool because she could do a lot of damage to your credit which can cause you a lot of problems for years. Best get a lawyer and quick if you don't currently have one. The court date can always be rescheduled if needed.
