What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? TX

My ex husband and I have a boat. In the divorce decree he was awarded the boat but there was a clause stating that he had to refinance the boat or sale it within a year to get the boat out of may name. He has done neither and the year is almost up. Can I take the boat back if he does not get it out of my name? If so, do I have to go back to court to get it?

You need to file a motion for contempt.
