Are there incriminating circumstances by law to committing adultery AFTER legally separated and prior to divorce?

(Grounds for divorce - adultery, however, defendant claims initial grounds are null and void in court of law due to plantiff 'taking back' defendant (for only 2 days before telling defendant to leave - no sexual contact).

No. I'm not. I would appreciate an answer. I've already spent a great deal of money with an investigative agency to no avail. I will be seeing my attorney soon and had hoped that I could gather this information prior to this visit so that my costs would be kept at a minimum. An answer would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
