pregnancy and divorce

I live in the State of Missouri. I have been separated from my husband for over a year. I am now in another relationship and just learned I am pregnant by this relationship. Will I be able to get divorced? My lawyer has been retained for over 8 months, and just last week filed the necessary papers. My estranged husband has not even been served, and I have been told that it will take 30 days after service to request a court date.

If you lived in Indiana, your divorce would not be finalized until after the baby is born.
