By Tennessee law, I was married last year in July and separated in November until July of this year. In May I had divorce papers drawn up that were signed by both parties. We started trying to work things out in July of this year so I put the divorce on hold. Things have now come to the point that I definetely want out now, only problem is that now I am pregnant. Can I still use my divorce papers that we signed before and if so can I add an ammendment for spousal support because I am pregnant and have not worked since August and cannot find substantial employment because of my condition? I need to act fast because my time limit is running out on using the old papers. What can I do?
