I purchased a house 1 year before we were married. Her name is not on the title or the mortgage. We have been married only 4 years, the last 10 months of which she has lived somewhere else. Is this considered premarital as far as assett division? I refinanced the home (lower intrest rates) about 2 years ago, still everything in my name.

She will probably be entitled to a share of the equity in the home that accrued during the marriage. You may be able to argue that the she is not entitled to any share of the equity that has accrued since you separated.
