prison divorce or annulment

What is the name of your state? im living in az. but we got married 11/5/05 in riverside, ca. do i really need a lawyer?? we dont have anything together, just a simple ending she wont contest. shes in prison in ca. and i just want this to be over so i can move on with my life. whats the easyist way to do this please???

You could probably divorce her without an attorney, but if you truly want it to be "simple" it would be better to have one.
