What is the name of your state?Georgia

It is urgent because I have been putting it off but I made a self imposed deadline to file on 12/05/2005, so tomorrow is it. I have filled out the complaint and the Marital Separation Agreement and will get it notarized in the morning for filing. My question is Is there any other form/s that I should file tomorrow? Clerk of court has been of no help at all, seems to think any information given would be giving out legal advice and so want give any help.

Help today (12/04/05) with any information you can, especially if you live in the State of Georgia.

I no longer live in Georgia, but my divorce was done there.

Those forms are for Fulton County but are valid in every county in the state. You'd just have to change it from Fulton County to your county if you don't live in Fulton.
