What is the name of your state? Florida/Alaska
I have waited patiently for over a year now for my ex-wife to abide by a divorce decree which mandated a cash payment no later than a certain date which passed over a year ago. I live in Florida, she in Alaska.
This was spelled out in the property division section of the decree and I do not know what to do in order to secure this payment. Do I have to sue, file a motion to show cause, or what?
Anybody know?
