Profit sharing

Pennsylvania- My husband and I are seperated, with a personal signed agreement between us. When the time comes for me to file for the divorce, he has a profit sharing plan and understands that I get a portion of that. Do I receive the $ upon settlement, or only when he retires? Divorce is fault on his behalf, how is the % worked out, he had this profit sharing before we were married, I only am eligible to receive a % of our actual marriage years, correct?
I am planning on moving to Florida, do I still file in PA since we were married here? Since we are in total agreement on everything I hope to file on my own, without a lawyer, (knowing that, proper wording is key)
