proof of separate residences would be a good start. Presuming you both have driver's licenses, proof that they were of different addresses 1 year and 1 day ago would be good. Mail to either party from 1 year and 1 day ago at different residences would be good.
from what I have been reading, unless somebody contests this, it is based mostly on your statement that you have lived apart the requisite time with no intent of reconciling.
