What is the name of your state?wv if my wife's name is not on deed and her income was not used for financing, is she entitled to half the house? i purchased the house before we were married but she had to sign something when i re-financed.

She would be entitled to half of the equity that has accrued during the marriage (if there is any after your refinance).
