My wife has filed for divorce. We currently reside in the same house. The deed is in both of our names. She has just decided to sell our house. The divorce is at least 1 and a half years away. Can she sell the house without me agreeing?

She can certainly try, but your signature would be needed at closing, so unless you're also on board with the sale, it's going to be a pretty unproductive closing!
