I have a house that was awarded to me with first divorce in '90. The loan has been "restyled" reflecting my name & SS# only. I did have to send copies of legal papers and payed a fee for this to mortage company, but because it was never refinaced, original loan still has x's name on it and legally stands. Bank explained this and other important info too me at the time.
Now on to hubby #2, I have paid the mortage out of our joint account for the past 10 years. Is hubby #2 intitled to any equity in the house?? There was no prenup.

TIA,
berlyn
