What is the name of your state? Arizona

How is property acquired (such as furniture) while living together separated in a divorce? We purchased a lot for the house we were building at the time. We had separate checking accounts, I was paying for rent (what I could afford at the time). My boyfriend/fiance used his credit card to buy the furniture, etc. Am I entitled to ask for any of it? Thanks so much!

Since that property was aquired prior to the marriage, the next place you plant yourself will be on the floor.

Huh? That sentence makes no sense.
1. while living together
2. separated
3. in a divorce
It does if you don't use all that fancy stuff; like proper english and punctuation.

I believe they lived together, he bought property, built a house, and furnished it. She paid rent. Now they are married.

The answer is, of course, it isn't!!!!!! Oh Bali, must be so happy right about now.:D
