my husband was injured 2 years agoand recieved a settlement.his brother bought a home for us since we did not have one at the time with the stipulation that he(my husband ) would pay for the property when he recieved his money.we had been having marital problems and was trying to resolve them when all of a sudden my husband decided that he wanted me to leave the home...we fought to the extent of cdv.and i was forced out of the home.my husband paid my brother in law for the property but refused to put it in his name because of me saying that it was my husbands house alone and that i will never be able to call it mine... they seem to think that i would take it all away... they told me that i could not come back to the home because it is still in my brother in laws name and that i do not have any rights to the property as long as it stays in his name....i am mad because i lived there for2 years and put my heart intothe home both inside and out and now i have nothing....i cant afford a lawyer because i am not working and have to stay with friends along with my pets.do i have any legal rights and what do i do about it....i want to go home...
