What happens when a tribal member enters into a business contract with a non-tribal member and the tribal member is going through a divorce with his/her spouse who is also a tribal member? What does the law say about property owned off the reservation? Can a tribal member receive half the business?

I don't think anyone here has any particular expertise in tribal law. You probably need to consult a local attorney with some experience in that area.
