4 years ago I filed divorce paperwork in which my wife and I both signed. In the paperwork the house was to be my property. I also one year after that had her sign, and I filed a interspousal transfer deed..........she is still on the loan though since my credit is bad..........She has apparently found out that for reasons I don't know yet that our divorce was never finalized and has sent me a letter stating that she is going to file for divorce and ask that the house be sold as community property and the equity be split................What are my options, can she do this?...........Can I find out why my divorce didn't go through and file the old papers now, even though she is trying to dispute what she previously signed, I know she has found out that property values have risen substantialy and just wants money..............We bought the house and got divorced (or I guess just seperated) 4 months later, so she hasn't paid a single payment in the seven years I have owned it...................Thanks
