property possesion

What is the name of your state?Indiana
Me and my wife of four months are getting a divorce. I walked out of my house with the clothes on my back, because she said she would pack her and her kids up and move whithin a week. She has her own house, obviously she changed her mind. I got a lawyer and she now has to move out. I am being told by mutual friends that our mariage problems were due to her meeting some drug users at work and that she hangs with them in my house. It has been suggested that before i move back into my house I have the police bring in a dog and search the premises for any drugs or contraband that may have been left or planted in the house. Question is; can i request the police to do this and what liability is mine? The house is in my name only and i have not been near nor inside the house since middle of december as she had protective order put on me to keep me from occuping my house. all legal protective orders and my getting house back are in police records. Also would i be smart to have the police escort me in, in case she is still tryin to move. Order states me and my kids shall have sole ownership of house on friday at noon and she is to be out. thank you for your time
