Property Settlement Situation

What is the name of your state? WI

My ex-spouse was ordered to move out of my house with a clear and precise property settlement stating what stayed and what went with the ex-spouse. I have recently discovered that items that were suppose to stay with the house are missing and were taken by the ex-spouse. What are my options for getting this property returned to me? What do I do now?

Q: What are my options for getting this property returned to me?

A: File a motion for contempt in your lawsuit stating that he is in contempt of the court judgment approving the property settlement by taking stuff he wasn't supposed to take.

Assuming that the missing items are worth the hassle. Sometimes "stuff" is just "stuff". If the items are important then absolutely do that.
