During the divorce, my ex broke into a second home, changed the locks and was trying to use the property. This home was not then or ever deeded in her name. Just minutes before a hearing solely regarding this matter she capitulated, returned the new set of keys and agreed to not go back.
,
Although the divorce case is settled, do I have a civil claim against her for her past actions?
