propety settlement

What is the name of your state? new jersey
my ex and I never had a property settlement, when we divorced. I realize in this state she is entitled to half. my question, I've been living in the house, in the settlement is she resposible for 1/2 the taxes, and 1/2 of repairs made we're trying to settle this situation?

She is entitled to half of what accrued DURING the marriage, not necessarilly half of everything you've ever owned or accumulated. And you are entitled to same.

If you are getting the benefit of living in the house, and she is not, you should pay an appropriate additional amount.
