What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? FL

If you go online to check county records can that be used agaisnt you for checking up on your spouse? I thought it was just Birth Certificate and SSN record info that you can't legally obtain. Not like I am reading her emails or anything like that.

Records such as property deeds, police records, and many other records are all public records and anybody can view them.
