I'm in a position to possibly purchase home of my own thru local agency,but divorce won't be final till late June.Will not being divorced as yet,put a snag on any purchase or mortgage
financing?

Its always a bad idea to go into a major purchase like a home before finalizing a divorce. You don't have that long to go. Just wait.
