What is the name of your state? California.

My spouse and I have filed for divorce but she wants to buy a condominium. What should I do? (Are there additional paperwork that we should complete?)

You should make sure that the judgment in your lawsuit makes it clear that it is just her property.

California is a community property state so this is tricky.

Ask your lawyer for details.
