Purchasing home before filing divorce papers

Minnesota - I'm separated, have not filed for divorce yet. My husband and I have sold our home which closes in 6 weeks. We have both found other places to purchase. We need a form to fill out stating that we will not claim the each others new homes. What and where can I find the form?
