Putting a lien on a marital home

Getting a divorce in NJ..Deed to marital home was signed over to the spouse with the agreement that when the home is sold, the spouse would pay me a certain amount of money (based on the value today). I have since moved to VA and would like to put a lien against the house for the agreed amount. I do not trust the spouse and feel he could sell the house and never tell me. I have agreed to no alimony - just a portion of the home. Can I put a lien against the house and be assured of getting was was agreed to in the divorce agreement? Thanks
