if the payee of a state retirment plan has been divorced twice, how is the qdro written?
more clearly, if wife #1 (w1) is entitled to 30% of the ex-husbands 100% and wife #2 (w2) is entitled to 20%, is w2's percentage based on a percentage of the whole 100% or based on the a percentage of the amount after w1's percentage has been removed? (ie 20% of 70%)
