I have been looking for a San Francisco CA lawyer to work with me to fill out a QDRO. I was divorced there and received a letter from my ex-husband's pension plan. I now live in NJ and I have had trouble getting a straight answer from the lawyers I have contacted (well only 2). One of them was my ex-husbands lawyer. I was hoping that the process was half done but still no call. I thought this was a simple process so why hasn't anyone returned my calls? Can someone please clue me in?
