What is the name of your state? FL
My mother and I are listed on the deed to my home. It was purchased before I married. I now live in that home with my husband and children. My mother lives elsewhere. If I were to divorce, what percentage of the home could my husband claim? Secondly, how would that effect the child support he pays to his ex...meaning would it be considered income?

PS. This is hypothetical. Life is hunky dory.
