Okay i am in the process of divorce for over a year now, My lawyer and the courts have been waiting for my husband disclosure papers for over 6 mths.My case has been postponed serveral times.My question is how many times can he do this?Also my lawyer has put in a motion through the courts to request this infomation from his lawyer 3 times already.
