Question

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? North Carolina

Can I sue the woman that my husband is having an affair with? He took all the money out or our joint accounts and this could be one way of getting some back. If so, can you give me the name of a lawyer in Charlotte or Gastonia North Carolina.

No you can't sue the woman. She has done nothing criminally wrong, or legally wrong at all. You should blame your husband for the missing funds, he's the one who took them.

Correct, and he is the one who will have to account for those funds and you will get your fair share, one way or another.

Get yourself an attorney to handle your legal separation.
