Question on Divorce situation

What is the name of your state? VA I am thinking about divorce and I was wondering what the laws are as it relates to property division, alimony and child support. I have no problem with division of property or paying child support, but I feel there is no need for alimony? If anyone knows specifics regarding VA law I would appreicate it tremendously.

You have given no where near enough information to get any help here.....start doing some serious research on your state government website or consult a local attorney.
