If the box in section 4 of FL-141 Declaration Regarding Service of Declaration of Disclosure and Income and Expense Declaration is checked, do I need to check anything in section 3, as the Respondent's (my wife) Final Declaration of Disclosure and Income and Expense Declaration forms were not served?
