Question on my house

I live in Texas , my question is, I have been married for 24 years now and my house we live in now was Willed to me , in my name olny. not hers, in 1991 sense we been married, If i file for divorce now will the house be mine ? or will i have to sell it and split it with her? or will it be my house ??

You should probably consult an attorney. The simple answer is that inheritances are normally separate property. However, there are things that can change that. Since you have been living in the home a long time...its best to consult an attorney.
