Question on property post divorce

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Michigan

I was divorced in 2006. The divorce order states that I owe my ex 6,000 dollars upon sale of home. A quit claim deed was signed by my ex before the divorce was filed. The home was forclosed on in 2007. I tried to sell home but no one was interested. My question is; do I still owe my ex the money stated in the divorce order?

If the divorce decree says you owe your ex $6 K without any caveats, then you obviously owe your ex $6 K.

If the divorce decree says something else, then you'll have to state exactly what it says.
