What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Wisconsin

Divorce decree it was agreed upon and filed as below
Ex Husband is responsible for all medical bills that our children incur...

He has since ignored accounts and hospital bills to the tune of $4000.
They are now suing him for ignoring them and failure to pay.
I am listed as co-debtor in being sued.
Am I responsible as listed? Or do I show up at the court hearing with the court decree and attempt to be removed from the lawsuit?
Thanks!

The medical providers aren't a party to your divorce. If you are forced to pay anything, then you will need to pursue a finding of contempt against your ex. In fact, you should be heading to court for that already.
