I have a question regarding the FL-141 form. Its the Declaration regarding service of declaration of disclosure. I am currently getting divorced from my husband, I don't have a lawyer as I cannot afford one, everything is almost done except for this one form. I was wondering if this form is truly mandatory for me to sign. My husband says so, but I'm not too sure. We agreed to split without dividing assets however, I'm currently running a business and regardless, I don't really want to have all my assets revealed. Does anyone know if it is mandatory for me to sign this?
