Question

questions about sep. in VA

I am dating a man that has been seperated for over a year from his wife. The realtionship has become pretty serious, considering I'm pregnant. The wife has been dating as well and I'm pretty sure she knows we're together. Are they allowed to date, if so, what are the restrictions? Can she hold it against him in court if she finds out I'm pregnant although they had been apart for over a year? I know it seems a little late to be asking.
